The employees here were not very professional. I was promised wireless internet which they could not provide in the room, or in any sit-down area on the premises except a picnic table outside. I was told that I could cancel my reservation due to the lack of internet access, and then we went elsewhere (BW). My credit card was billed about a week later - and after 10-12 long distance phone calls and no returned calls from the owner, I contacted Mastercard. They reversed the charge - and once again in August this motel had the audacity to bill my credit card once again. Which again Mastercard reversed. I can't recommend this establishment. The same owners own the Econolodge in Buffalo.
