Honestly this place was BY FAR the worst place ever. The entire place was dirty, and smelly and "management" team was so gross. they didn't shower, the were rude and we were charged more than what was quoted when we booked the rooms. I got charged an extra room, when i went down to discuss with staff, i got yelled at by two people and one called me an idiot. Very very unprofessional. Still fighting charges of about $200.00 due to random charges on my credit card now. ERRRR dont' stay here you will regret.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1, Honestly it was the dirtiest hotel ever, the staff was terrible, and they even charged me for an extra room. The "manager" lady yelled at me called me an idiot and was so rude you wouldn't even guess. Save yourself the hassel. I didn't know cheaper meant no standards, service or cleanliness. DON'T STAY HERE, you will regret it.

We stayed here since they allowed dogs. The room was a dump...there was no soap anywhere, 5 Kleenex left in a box with no backup. We were in a no-smoking room yet the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. I went down to the lobby to get ice at 9:20 a.m. and there was no sign of a "Continental breakfast. We booked for 2 nights and ended up leaving after the 1st night...It was inexpensive but I'm sure there are other "pet-friendly" hotels/motels that are cleaner, etc., so it's definitely not worth it. Would rather pay a higher price than to stay here. Fortunately for them, I'm sure they make their business in the summer months (we stayed in Nov.) to stay open year-round but they definitely need to clean up their act.

This was the worse hotel I ever been to. The employees were constantly drunk and there were children around. They rip you off with fake discount cards for restaurants when in reality it doesn't discount anything they just keep your money!! The Manager doesn't day anything to the employees when they mistreat their guests. Worst hotel ever! Don't go here! They constantly raise their prices to everyone we paid $160 and they told people $180 then the next $200. What is that about!! One of the employees stinks and doesn't change his clothes and he looks like a poor bum from the streets.

My family and I have been vacationing in the dells for the last 3 years. Every time we go we always stay at the Diamond hotel. Our children always have so much fun. My husband and I sometimes sneak off away from Chicago to have a little fun of our own. Ive never had a better time in my life than when Ive stayed at the Diamond hotel. It feels like home every chance I get I tell anyone who'll listen about my stay there. Our 2006 family reunion is scheduled in the dells, but I won't be staying at the hotel with the rest of the family. Im looking forward to fun in the sun at you-know-where.
We plan to go back this summer!
