To get to the rooms, it was so confusing and there was no to help. and the first room was smelling like stinky bathroom. not even a clean bathroom smell. i asked for a room change they said the hotel is completely booked and they give another room to me. Then i called the staff to smell it. they could smell it even standing outside in the hallway. So then they changed the room. The staff is also not familiar with their hotel rooms. They made us climb stairs twice to get to our second room. BTW there are no elevators in that hotel. Can you imagine?
We had a "family suite" that was disgusting. There was food under the beds and in the corners of the bathroom, hair in the "clean" towels. When I told the person at the desk about it they said "okay" and that was it. Breakfast was some muffins and d

The Desk clerk at check-in was extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The US Flag hanging out front was torn to shreds, and faded, and was hanging at night, in the rain, completely unlit. I was appalled.“Good for people who just want a place to...

Had a late flight into the area and my plane was delayed, so instead of flying in at 10 I flew in at 12am.
Got to the motel at ~12:30-1am.
If I did not have GPS would have never found the place. It is in an unlighted portion of the street. The lighted sign for the motel was off. The office was closed and there were no lights on anywhere.
Called the office about 10 times but nobody picked up the phone.
Had to go down the street and find a room in another motel.
Called them in AM to make sure they don't charge me since I was not able to check in and they had the nerve to tell me that I was supposed to knock on "Room #xxx" door and they would have checked me in. Nevermind that the office was closed, there were no lights on, nobody picked up the phone and no notes on the door.

I had a reservation to stay here thru the NY tourism Dept. They had everything set up for our stay around 11 am.
When my husband and I showed up the room was not "ready". Check in was at 2 pm, we arrived at 2:50 pm. I had asked when the room was going to be ready. He couldnt give me an answer. I think he gave our room away! He was going to give us a smaller bed. Not I wanted what I wanted.
It stinks when you go into the office! This was the worst service I had ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. I will never return to this place.
