Don't believe what you read. I gave it a 5 because I haven't actually stayed there, but called the hotel and found out that the website is not up to date on the information they have. There is no longer a spa, but you can use the one at the hotel

Staff was very friendly.It was loud in that area and only one restaurant close by. The price and location were okay. Staff was helpful. There were few amenities and there was no place close to get a drink after 9:00 pm.
Convenient location, decent price.Promised late checkout then didn't honor it. Upon an early arrival we asked if we could check in before the check in time. We were told yes and the room would be ready in 10 mins. 15 mins later it still wasn't ready ...
