UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! well no air conditioners in hotel our thermastat was turned up to 80+ degrees everytime we arrived back there. No windows would open can you say extremely unbareable. NO elevator. wallpaper falling off walls, and our toilet wouldnt flush. Told them twice they said it was our fault because we used too much toilet paper( we threw it in the garbage can instead of in the toilet after they so called fixed it the first time) still didnt work. Then on our next to last day there we left at 8am only to return back at 8pm and have our room door propped open with wet towels. Who knows who went in or out while we were gone. When i went to front desk they wanted to know if we locked it when we left hello door automatically locks when shut so he said its alright maid must have for got to shut it. Wait no its not alright my stuff is in there!!!! Then i get a call from the front desk saying he called the maid an she forgot to close the door and that now i made her cry i hope im happy and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! For one thing i didnt call the maid obviously he did and therefore he made her cry not me. Well if you dont know by now we left. I wouldnt reccommed this hotel to anyone not even if your only other option was to sleep in your car, take my advice and pick your car.

Enjoyed the continental breakfast in light airy room. The room was clean and everything worked. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us find a reasonably priced family resturant not to far away. HILWY tb

Room was ok for the price paid. Their online description said that the breakfast was exceptional and included waffles, this was not true, the breakfast was not that great. The room had stains on the ceiling, the bathtub and bathroom floor were old...

The first impression was bad with a view of siding hanging from the building and broken window blinds in the window at the side of the building. Our room was marginally clean with hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the carpet. The...

When we first arrived we noticed that they really needed a paint job inside and out. Next there were a couple candy wrappers and straws on either side of the nightstand floor, aswell as an empty milk carton under the bed. Someone left a sweatshirt...

We stayed in a "suite" as in, it had a microwave, fridge, and a kitchen table. The sofa was a hide-a-bed that had a big hollow space under the cushions. You sit on the couch and you sink down into the folded bed. The floors are creaky (think Grandma's house) and for two nights the people staying upstairs left nothing to the imagination as they bed creaked on the floor all night long. The room was poorly weatherproofed, and if you stood by the couch and looked toward the door you could see daylight, even the cars parked outside through the large crack where the door did not fit the frame. The window mounted air conditioning units are old and filthy. Heating appears to be the baseboard variety. The beds were hard, the blanket was a ratty old green thing (again, think Grandma's.)
The worst part was the thin walls/ceiling/floor. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep, especially with the midnight Olympics going on upstairs. Just people walking send shudders down the walls and if you lie in bed you can feel the vibrations through the walls and ceiling of people walking upstairs. That's how poorly constructed this place is. Unbelievably, the rate was $149 a night because of the "leaf-peeper" weekend and the fall foliage. Luckily the company was footing this bill, because I would not have paid for this. Quality? Not even close.
