The first room 103, needs maintenanced badly. The second room with a King bed was okay. They need new pillows, all lumpy. The continental breakfast was a plus, but all carbohydrates. Cereal and fruit would be a complement.

Excellent
We really enjoyed our stay in Gatlingburg at this hotel. The front desk was cordial and polite and also very helpful. The room was clean and very large. We had a non-smoking room with a king bed. The room was clean and the bed was great. I...

Okay
The hotel is at the top of the hill and when you pull up the view of the mountains is breath taking, but don't let that fool you if you get a forrest view room like ours! Our room was down in a hole at the back of the hotel, the parking lot was...

pros: location, priceThe pool deck was covered with dirt and cigarette butts. They left the water running for over 24 hours and it flooded the pool and ran onto the sidewalks below. The woods view is a look down a trash-littered hillside onto the...

Great location, could walk dwn the hill into the downtown area of gatlinburg. We didn't like the fact that our balcony was attached to the next room over. We could hear the room next door at 1:00 am partying on the balcony then one of them came over to our side and stole our chairs. We didn't feel comfortable at all that anyone could walk up to our room like that.
We went to the breakfast from 7am-10am, got there at 8:30 and they were completely out of everything and they didn't have anything left in the back. The parking lot was very small. The rooms are not updated and still had the 1970's look. The bathroom needs to be updated; the shower is really old and crummy looking.
