Was a nice and clean place. Was at an area where it was really quiet. My husband and I liked that. The staff was very nice. We will stay there again.

My wife,I and her sister went to pigeon forge on august 1st and we stayed at the roadway inn,we was amazed how friendly the staff was and how clean the motel was and not forgetting the best pancakes and service at the restruant.we loved it so much we booked it for oct 24th when we come up to the gospel singing at dollywood.we especially liked the porch on the 2nd floor overlooking every thing..From now on when we come back to pigeon forge we will be booking the roadway inn.Many thanks to the staff at roadway inn for making our stay a wonderful trip.

This hotel was very convenient to both pigon forge and gatlinburg. They are very flexible with their rooms , it sems they have a room specially made for you no matter who you are or who is traveling with you. I was traveling with my three nephews and we had the bst time at the pool. The free pancake breakfast was very good and gave the boys something other than dry cereal. It was great at night you could overlook the parkway, and the rooms were exceptionally clean each day that we stayed. LOved it, and will return next year.

It is a very good place to stay. It is on the main drag and you have a beautiful view of the whole surroundings. The price was right and the service was excellent. I would recommend it to middle class people to stay at this motel. It has a very well lit parking lot and shops and restaurants are in walking distance.

The service was excellent. With one call they were there with what you had requested in a matter of minutes. I recommend it to anyone who is going to Gatlinburg. The price is at least half of what you would pay in Gatlinburg.

There are no elevators in this motel only ramps . You have to carry your luggage in several trips, very hard to do on ramps. They put us on the third floor , and the ice machine was on the first floor. I will never stay at this motel again.

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The guy I spoke with to make a reservation, did it wrong. I requested a non-smoking room, poolside, on the ground floor. He booked me on the third floor, and the motel has no elevator. The walking ramp to the rooms is very steep. The girl at the desk managed to get us moved after three days of steep walkway climbing to the room. My wife has bad knees, and I have a heart condition. “Thanks!” to girl at the front desk, and “Boo!” to the original reservation maker. We won’t be back.

It had a polite and friendly staff. There was a personal note in the room to say welcome. It's pet-friendly -- our pet is part of our family. They also gave a welcome packet.
