When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk. The Elevator was out of order, luckily we were just on the second floor and they had it fixed the very next day. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. There are no smoking rooms available at this hotel or any building in Philadelphia for that matter. I just climbed out my window onto the adjacent roof and smoked, or went down stairs to the street. They had complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, shampoo/conditioner and soap. Blow dryer and Iron/Ironing board. There was also a big TV, microwave, safe and refrigerator (bottled water included free). There is a computer with internet access in the lobby for guests to use. Brandi at the front desk was a very friendly, very helpful young woman. She gave us tips, advice and made us feel right at home laughing and joking with us. The location is just perfect. It's within walking distance to the Liberty Bell, Mint, Mutter Museum, many restaurants and bars and many other "sightseeing" attractions and local places to see/do. I would definatley stay there again!!
