First trip to Columbus, the hotel was in a good location, rooms were clean and the front desk workers were very nice. Affordable place to stay with free breakfast...would definately stay again.
It was a nice and clean hotel very pleasant, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restraunts around and great malls to go shoppin at. Would go back there in an heart beat.

Horrible
I made a reservation 3 weeks before our actual check in date, I reserved a doudble room with smoking. We did not recieve a smoking room as promised and they said they had cable TV, which we were only able to recieve 4 channels in our room, but the...
Filthy! I slept with the lights on for fear of what might be creeping around! I stayed one night. They had no coupons for being a Choice Privledge Member. Had a coupon for 15%off from an add, but would not honor the discount.
Odor, stains, bugs, mold, tv broken, lights broken, lack of attendant, did I mention how bad it smelled...A week later I am still dealing with sinus issues from this...
