I traveled with 3 of my children and we shared a room. The room were spacious and clean. Loved the microwave and mini fridge in room. Hotel was close to many restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet and staff was friendy. I did not have any problems with my room or other services. Not many channels to watch on tv, but other than that, I will come back again.

The front desk was helpful and quick. Hassle free check in. I reserved multiple rooms and they were ready when I checked in about 8pm. The pool was decent. It looked well maintained. i let my family play in it. Jacuzzi could use some lights. The rooms seemed very clean. Sheets looked fresh and bathrooms were better than ok. Not the most luxurious of hotels but for the money it was perfect. I wouldn't plan on getting a full breakfast from hotel. They provide cereal,coffee, and muffins. But IHOP is next door, McDonalds is across the street, and Subway is on other side. you can walk to any of these places and to Knott's entrance.

We loved the friendlyness of all the employees especially the front desk she was great! and please thank her for us, we were there on the 16th of July. It's nice to know kindness and customer service are still around. I would like to suggest maybe more variety for the continential breakfast it was good but maybe some bagels, and sweet rolls but other than that.

Get what you pay for!! Yes we only slept there but the maids were pretty lazy and not thorough. Our room had a leak coming from the air conditioner and if you stay at this hotel I suggest you check the room doors if you have a connecting room.

My experience was not good this time. Water was shut off without warning. The bed was extremely poor. I hurt more in the morning than did going to bed. Lamps didn't work and weren't fixed or replaced.
