Stay Away

One word: Horrible!

with a budget, traveling for leisure

Even after reserving a room for 10-nights, they screwed everything up. Refused to move me from a smoking room to a non-smoking room (like I reserved). Complained to BOTH the national customer service department AND the corporate office and only got a partial refund. These people wouldn't no the true definition of customer service if it bit them in the butt!

The place was very nice and we would definitely stay there again when we’re in the area to visit family. We were quite pleased. We liked it so much when we were there for a family wedding that we told other family members and they stayed, too.

I am very likely to return to the Rodeway Inn Manheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It had clean rooms for a great price, and was near to where we needed to be. They had a friendly staff on the first floor.

This hotel made me feel secure: We had trouble with our van and they were helpful with telephoning people to help us. They let me be informed where my husband was. I had to stay in the motel while he was taken to places to get items for the repairs. I was safe while he tried to repair the van.

I am very likely to return to the Rodeway Inn Manheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
