The scariest place I've ever stayed (and I've traveled to Haiti). Screaming fights in lobby at night right outside my door, safety lock on door installed backward with 1/4 inch screws (fell out of wall when I tried to use), non-functional phone....

Scariest, worst hotel ever Location is very unsafe. Smoke detector needed battery. Light bulbs out. Shower & sink sprayed water around bathroom. Iron was covered with black stuff. Patched place in wall that hadn't been painted . ...

The only good thing about this inn is that it is located in a great spot to get onto the interstate (so you can get out of there), but it is a little difficult to find if you have never been there before. Quite a few cab drivers didn't even know...
The only reason we stayed here was the proximity to the University (1.5 mi). The desk clerk was friendly enough & apologetic. Our stay was Horrible - garbage right outside our door, ants, flies, gnats IN our room. NO hairdryer, no coffeemaker and...
Located in a not so nice part of Knoxville, directly next to the interstate. Very very noisy. Thin walls so you hear EVERYTHING. Facilities in poor condition. Will never ever ever stay here...
