When I arrived at the hotel with my printed reservation from an online reservation website, the hotel manager would not honor it. My reservation was for 3 adults, at $54. She told me she would not honor it, it was not "in her system" and she would give me the room for $88. She started waving her arms and yelling at my husband and me. Even after her supervisor on the phone asked her if "she could accommodate me" she refused. She actually told her supervisor, "no!"
Therefore we walked out of the hotel and looked for a different one at 11:00 p.m. A terrible experience. Fortunately, I went down the road and found a nice, comfortable place to stay at a cheaper price, and the manager didn't scream at me.
