My parents and I stayed at this hotel for more than a week and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in a very clean room with 2 king beds that was huge. The hotel was under construction, but there was nothing that bothered us or got in the way of...

The desk person went overboard to solve problems. The TV did not work and the price was almost doubled over the last visit ten days before. They reduced it when I provided the receipt. The room looked like it had been entered with the door wide open. It was all checked out by the staff. The problems were all solved.

The motel room was overpriced for the condition of the facility. The property has not been updated in quite awhile and it is past its prime. I certainly will choose another location next time I visit the Kalispell area.

They have a very helpful staff. We were planning a surprise party and they were very accommodating and helped us with whatever we requested. The rooms were modern the location was close to a lot of restaurants and services. It’s reasonably priced, too.

Good location in the center of Kalispell, friendly desk help and nice rooms; but don't plan on eating at the "newly remodeled" restaurant! Dinner was a waste of time and money. Our watress had emotional problems, forgot our salads, and ...
