We loved the jacuzzi room. My wife and I came to Reno for the rodeo, and that bath sure felt good after a long, hot dusty day! The manager gave us a room upgrade and the hotel had a shuttle van, so we didn't even need to rent a car. The Grand Sierra Resort and some restaurants were within walking distance, and we had a very relaxing stay. We're mainly posting this to say thanks for the upgrade, and would definitely recommend this place.
Nothing worked in my room. No TV, no phone, there was not a coffee maker. They promised to fix it the next day but nothing was fixed except the TV. They didn't bring the coffee maker, and forgot to service the room, too.

Horrible
I should have read the reviews before I book the hotel. I will never stay there again. Nothing positive to say. If you value your safety, stay away from the hotel. Neighborhood is bad and cops running around the parking lot questioning people....
This place was located close to my destination. I chose the king bed suite. The room looked okay. There were many things that I thought should have been standard; like an alarm clock (or any type of clock), a hair dryer, keenex, garbage cans. ...

Any positive reviews written about this hotel had to come from the owners. Book a room and see for yourself. There is NOTHING good to say about this place.
VERY bad neighborhood, with VERY bad management and accommodations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. They brag about renovations, HA what a joke. They spout off about breakfast, what? Old sweet rolls and coffee are considered...

Mediocre
First the hotel is located down a side street and was difficult to find. When I first arrived, I wasn't sure if I was checking into a hotel room or buying crack. There was a retarded kid in the lobby burping, making noises and sitting on the only...

Horrible
You are comfortable in filth and bad neighborhoods. Travelodge and Rodeway are the SAME hotel, SAME owners SAME lot. Seems they host lots of local homeless. Stay at your own risk....

Unless you LOVE bad service, and filth. We checked in with two small kids and then went to the pool (dirty). Soon after we went back into the dirty room because of the other "guests" who were drinking and looked like they hadn't had showers or shaved in a month. The next day we checked out early because of the loud noise all night.
The internet pictures are ALL LIES. Roadway Inn and Travelodge are the same. Same lot and same VERY scary neighborhood.
