horrible. stains on the sheets, bugs, our deadbolt didnt lock so all we had was the chain, so in the morning at 10 am the maid doesnt knock and opens the door while we are still in bed, check out isnt until 11 am !!! ac didnt work very well at all. would advise u stay else where.....

On Friday night the lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. On Saturday, however we asked the gentlemen, and I use that phrase lightly, who was not very helpful. We asked him to have a cab ready for us because we had to catch a early flight in the morning and when we got there he had not even called. It was also pretty bad that the cab driver would say that the service clerk has had many complaints before because he just doesn't care.
