Rodeway Inn Hotel - Page 1

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever booked over the internet. First and foremost, it doesn't have the Ramada name on the sign, instead it is Rodeway Inn. Second, it’s near a truck stop, and the motel is such bad shape, it gives you the "pay by the hour" feel. Third, there are signs inside the hotel room that say Ramada limited. It had limited cable TV, no internet access, no pool, and the a/c barely worked for both rooms. With a name like Ramada, I expected better. This was a run-down roach motel. I didn't feel safe at all. I couldn't get a refund for my hotel, since I had booked in advance. I was forced to stay. Fourth, the breakfast was a joke. A box of cereal and toast, not the standard continental breakfast at other hotels.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: When the reservations were made at the wrong hotel, the manager apologized, gave me a discount at his hotel, gave me a room up close to the office, as was a single woman alone.
