57 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
There was a 2 person staff when we checked into the Rockwood. It was obvious that they had been at their posts for hours without any additional staff to clean/make ready rooms. In spite of their tiredness, we were checked in/out quickly and they made sure we were happy with our room.
There was no restaurant on site, no amenities available.
