My daughter and I flew to Rochester so she could audition at the Eastman School of Music. From the moment we arrived, the service our hotel provided was excellent. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful, answered many of our questions about the city, restaurants, etc. and welcomed us warmly. The room was beautiful and very clean - I appreciated the complimentary earplugs that were provided in our room because I always have trouble sleeping away from home. When we needed a ride to Eastman, the shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly - and pointed out landmarks and our destination. Later, when we needed an extra-complicated assist with a shuttle ride, the employee was extra gracious as he arranged to bring our suitcases to us from the hotel. I would definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rochester if I have opportunity to travel again to this city in New York.
