We stayed at this hotel several years ago and I have to say I am very impressed with the new look since renovations. The amenities are wonderful, from the robes to the comfortable new beds. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the new technology in the room that allows you to hook your laptop up to the 32' plasma TV. He could even work and watch television at the same time. This hotel is the best kept secret in Rochester.

There was remodeling going on while I was there. It started earlier in the morning than the front desk said it would. Also, there was some sort of compressor that would kick in every ten or fifteen minutes all night long in the room above.

It is a wonderful facility. I had stayed at same hotel prior to the remodeling and I could not get over how great the project turned out. Even with the adversity of not having everything done the staff did a wonderful job. I would stay there again.
With all the new beds and bedding, you did not want to get out of bed. Everyone there always had a warm smile and a hello or good bye. They made the week away from home better feel not so long.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. There were workers throughout the hotel, and with all of this going on, our experience was great. We went to the hotel for a get away, and choose the right hotel! The remodeled rooms were worth the renovations!
They helped my wife while she was sick. They allowed us to check out later than posted.
