Roadway Inn Hotel - Page 1

The room was in very much need of upkeep. Grounds, building and interior. When booked, I assumed, Roadway..cannot be bad. I was disappointed, but I was already there and do not know my way around SA, so I stayed, but the train blew the horn and passed by at 11 p.m. and again about 6 a.m...as it sure sounded as if the train was in the room! I do not think I will be booking a stay here, if there are better choices. The staff, though, was friendly. Thank you.

I was booked on an early flight the following morning. When I went down for the continental breakfast, all there was was some lukewarm coffee, a few condiments to go with it, and absolutely no pastries. I waited around for my shuttle, around twenty minutes, and there was no one at the desk. Eventually, another worker came in and that seemed to awaken the desk clerk who was in a back room.

It was nondescript, just a convenient bed for the night at the airport.
