We go to the Riviera every year for world dart tournament. It the highlight of my year.

This hotel made me feel important: I got lost and they walked with me to my room.

During my visit, my pajamas went missing from the hotel room, and although it was investigated by the security guards, the issue was never resolved and nothing was done about the situation.

This hotel made me feel content: I was happy to be in Vegas and the room was completely adequate.

A conference I attended for pleasure was held there, so I had no choice - but it was not a pleasant place at all. There was smoke everywhere. The distance to the meeting rooms was too far and walking through the casino to get there was irritating.

I am not likely to return to the Riviera Hotel and Casino.
