I am disappointed in the fact that the hotel raises the rates every year during their annual pool tournaments. I attend them regularly and spend a large amount of money at the hotel. We are bound to the Riviera between pool matches - so we usually sleep and eat there. It's a scam.

This hotel made me feel excited: Loose slots - 3 double diamonds.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly staff always asking how our stay was going.

Poorly maintained, staff not willing to help.

Our room was on the side of the hotel where construction was going on. The noise woke us up quite early in the morning.

The lighting in the room was terrible and they had some of the worst pillows have ever had in a hotel.

It was my first time in Las Vegas and wasn't sure what to expect. All of the people who worked in the casino that had contact with were friendly people. Next time I will stay on the strip - I had to try it once but the Riviera was at the end of the strip.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Went to gamble and be entertained and that is exactly what happened!

Riviera, Las Vegas, is a tired old hotel and its staff clearly reflects that. Nevertheless, the price is right compared to some of the newer places.

The hotel is an older property but I always feel warm and comfortable there. The staff is magnificent and I see the same faces each time I go. This tells me they are happy working there.

This hotel made me feel secure: The security staff was all about the hotel and casino. I had no worries about my safety.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Enjoyed convention activities. Hotel handled the convention well.

I did not book trip online, but stayed with companion. Electronic check-in was cool and efficient. Nobody approached us to comp or give us anything, not like other hotels.

The only problems were with check-in, very long lines and they started a new automated check-in process where everyone checked themselves in on computer screens. No one was sure how to use it and there was very little help available.

The housekeeping stole jewelry from me and my friends.

This hotel made me feel content: Room was nicer than expected, clean.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Enjoyed convention facilities.

This hotel made me feel important: Check-in desk, bell station were good experiences.

This hotel made me feel hip: All the weird promotional slots were a real pain. Take them out, please.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the Riviera hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
