It’s very clean. Within walking distance of a market, two to three blocks and riverwalk, five to six short blocks, and the trolley bus runs near the hotel. They bent over backward to help me pre-print on-line boarding passes, they have wireless computer service. They have an informative, friendly staff.
This hotel made me feel Welcome: Both young ladies at the desk were personable, the house staff member showed up to our room to be sure the air conditioner was working and, when it was not, she immediately moved us to a better room with no hesitation. Each time we returned, we were greeted by the desk. The breakfast team was cordial and helpful.
