New York budget hotel in the heart of a luxury upper Westside Neighborhood, directly across from central park. Spectacular views of the Hudson River & Central Park. A must stay if you are on a modest budget!

Nice area of New York City. Good rates. Small rooms. The size of the rooms could have been overlooked except for the strong smell of insecticide in the room and the cockroach infestation. We did not take the room even though we had made the reservation months prior. Luckily, we found another hotel (Hotel Beacon) for twice the price, but worth it. The hotel staff seemed unconcerned by our objections.

this hotel was apparently a boarding house at one point. It was not exactly what I would consider clean. the rooms are tiny. For what you are paying I would spend a little more and go to a better hotel!

The location was great. The room was very small but for the money. It was a good dean room compared to the cost of other New York City hotels. I would recommend it to someone going to New York City on a budget with no expectations of luxury.
