Riverside Hotel

I frequently stay at this hotel for business and it's always a pleasure. The staff is very helpful, professional.

The best and newest rooms are in "the tower", they are really nice, comfortable, quiet, and have good views on the upper floors. Some have balconies which are nice. If you are there for business, ask for the Internet cable at check-in. It's in a great location for restaurants and boutique shops on Las Olas.

I love the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere of this hotel. There are some great rooms, and some average rooms, and I haven't figured out how to be assured of a great room. The service is somewhat casual, but it's still the place I prefer to stay.

The hotel staff went out of their way to be accommodating.

Our stay there was due to the other hotel being damaged by the last storm. We had to go to the cruise line from there and our transportation never showed up. The bellman was very helpful in getting us all transportation to the vessel. Our recommendations to him.
