The hotel needs to be maintained better.

I am not likely to return to the Riverpark Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I liked the prompt service to fix the plumbing leak. I liked the staff courtesy. The location was good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff had good attitude about everything. We got a timely response.

I am not likely to return to the Riverpark Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

34 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was OK, but not worth the money they were charging though. The convenience of the location was awesome though. They rooms were a little dingy looking and not much of a view. The pool was cold and needed cleaning. Probably would stay there again just for the fact it is easy to get to and find. Their place could use a face lift though.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Riverpark Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

We travel through Tucson at least 10 times a year, and this time stayed at the Riverpark Inn. What a pleasant surprise! You would not expect a resort-like setting being located next to the convention center. The courtyard is stunning. They have a free hot full breakfast. The rooms are great and have everything including free internet. Also recommend the Bennigan’s Restaurant and Bar. Great food. We will stay there again.

I am very likely to return to the Riverpark Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
