We stayed at this hotel because we were participating in a wedding that was being held there. The rooms were fine and the location was awesome. However, the bar ran out of three different brands of beer on Friday night. The wedding bar ran out of all beer and then offered warm beer.(Ridiculous!)
I could overlook all of this but upon our arrival home, every single member of the groom's family had a billing problem. By problem I mean that we were all charged multiple times and on multiple credit/debit cards. It took over a week to straighten out, resulting in numerous phone calls and money being tied up unnecessarily. This was our first visit to the area and we really enjoyed it, but next time we will probably stay somewhere else, due to the billing probems. Isolated incidents do happen, but this included about 8 different people.
