Room was okay....nothing outstanding for the location. Bed was confortable, however, they should at least clean the comforter better before guests check in. The rooms are old and haven't been updated much, at least in the Hillcrest section. Besides...
51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Requested 2 Dbl.beds and river view. Got 1 King and view of another building. Room was nasty, bathroom door wouldn't shut and paint all peeled off back of door. Only one chair on the balcony, which was full of cracks and leaked water all over us. No working ice machines or drink machines. Hot tub "conveniently" wasn't working either. Front desk help extremely rude. Told us they had no more vacant rooms with 2 Dbl beds, however you could see many rooms that had vacancies in them. Do NOT waste your money on this dump.

I?ve never been in hotel that was so outdated. I thought that I had stepped back in time. The walls were paneled, the furniture was from the 70s; it was moderately clean and the view was of the parking lot and another building. I had to laugh. The...

The staff was very friendly when they checked us in, and that was the only thing nice about this place. We checked in & immediately checked out. I have never seen such a filthy, moldy, disgusting hotel room in my life. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. The carpet was one big giant stain, the walls were moldy, the refrigerator was filthy inside & out. The entire room was extremely outdated. One headboard was falling off the wall, the matress's were so old that they looked like they were about 3" thick. The bathroom was something straight out the 70's (and I think that was also the last time they cleaned it!)I cant believe they actually rent these rooms to people.
