Had been there... they charge high rentals and provide poor services comparatively... they are no where like a 3 star hotel though they claim so... hotel building is badly damaged and not painted properly, cement peeling, taps and bathrooms are not well maintained. They give rosy ads but the stay is no where near the image presented... TV was not working, they called some mechanic who kept trying all kinds of things with the cables but still the problem was not resolved, the swimming pool was dirty, common toilets were sick and stinking, we had paid the hotel in full but after seeing the state of affairs, we decided to move away... they didn’t refund the money... we moved to Park in at same rate and enjoyed new year party as well...
they had goons around and didn’t have mannerism to address dissatisfied customers and showed least concern for their customers... we were cheated and this episode lead us to conclude not to move away from standard hotels to these non reputed hotels who create hype...
we had a ball of time at park inn after we shifted there at the same cost... rooms were terrific, ambience was cool, food was great, there was hindu new year party (diwali), lots of fun and most importantly responsible staff. even if it meant spending a little more.. it was worthwhile to stay awayt frm this place...
stay away from this place...
