CONDITION OF RIVER POINTE TIME SHARE

1. NO MAID SERVICE FOR 4 DAYS

2. FITNESS ROOM NOT REALLY A FITNESS ROOM.

THERE WERE 2 MACHINES ONE OF WHICH WAS

OUT OF ORDER THE COMPLETE STAY THERE.

3. ANTS ON COUNTER. MAINTANENCE SPRAYED FOR

THEM. CAME BACK EVEN WORSE THAN FIRST TIME.

39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

There was no daily maid service, no towel change out or places to hang them to dry. When the maid service came the service provided was very minimal. Do not take advantage of the tours offered by the resort, they are expensive and they are not informative. To go visit San Francisco, take your rental car to a Bart station and get off at a location where Greylines can pick you up for a very well laid out informative tour, plenty of photo ops and you actually get to see the whole city, not just the pier.

I am not likely to return to the River Pointe Napa Valley.
I would not recommend it to friends.
