This is probably one of the worse hotels I stayed in. They were rude and not accommodating at all.

Best hotel that I have stayed in Miami. Has a great location near evrything, clean rooms and a nice staff.

The air conditioning was broken in our room. The desk sent up maintenance personnel to check it out, but the air unit was never fixed. After several complaints from our roommates, we were moved to a different room.

They gave me a queen-sized bed when I booked a king-sized bed. The room next door was the gym and the noise from the machines was extremely annoying. The windows were dirty. The hot water was not hot enough. No breakfast was...no parking was include
