Arrived on a Friday night(10:00PM). Check in line took 1:15 to check in. 3 out of about 8 windows open. Told by other staff members its always like this on a Friday or worse. After check-in, nice room poorly kept. Looked like someone just made bed very fast and left it for the next guest. Cigarette ashes all over toilet, clogged sink, light bulb on lamp next to bed burned out, free standing lamp didnt even have light bulb. Called housekeeping, said they would be up to fix. At 12:30AM, still no one. Hung Do Not Disturb sign and went to bed. At 1:30AM, loud knock announced housekeeping! Asked them to come back in AM. Called again to ask housekeeping to fix items. Still not done after we returned Saturday night. Complained at desk, attitude was they could care less. Finally someone came to unclog sink Saturday night, but said they were out of light bulbs! Spend a couple extra bucks and stay ANYWHERE but here

Well I found out why the rooms are so disgusting, they don't change the sheets inbetween guests. How can they, with only 45 maids. Just to warn everyone this hotel and the rest owned by Columbia Sussex has filed for bankruptcy and so no doubt why we couldn't win was due to them tightening all the machines. The walls everywhere looked liked someone used them for a bathroom, maybe because the bathrooms were closed off because of some major pipe issues. The food was the worst concoctions of crap that I have ever tried to swallow. The place is severely understaffed and undertrained in all departments. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay here.

This hotel is supposedly not doing well financially and was recently taken over by another co. You can tell by the lack of consideration given by hotel staff. The room smelled like it was full of mold and mildew. The restroom smelled like someone...
