69 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We got very impersonal and almost grumpy help from the front desk the last two times we have stayed at the hotel. But the rest of the staff is very gracious and more than helpful.

It’s an excellent value for the money. Make sure to stay in the north tower as the rooms overlooking the river have a very nice view. The hotel buffet is, in my opinion, the best that Laughlin has to offer.
This hotel made me feel important: The front desk staff took special attention to correct any problems. The excellent service made me feel appreciated as a frequent customer.

48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We were ended up in a smoking room and floor instead of a non-smoking one. The room and the bathroom were dirty, in the three nights we were there they never made up the room even though we called them several times. We asked for an iron and never received it. At check out they billed us twice and it took over six weeks to get it corrected.

Laughlin is out of the way, but it's a nice place. The room was a long walk from where my business meetings were taking place in the same hotel. But overall, the room was very comfortable, quiet, and well kept up. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, for a hotel. It's an excellent 'bargain.' You get more than what you pay for.

The hotel has always been very nice; I have stayed there for about 5 or 6 years! It has changed owners a couple of times so other changes are made and usually not for the better; e.g., smaller TV's in the rooms. My favorite slot machines no longer there and changes as to how one can win, as well as the Club Card system really do not favor the member like they used to! When I first started I was racking up points like crazy and now with the same amount of play, it is harder to do so and there seems to be a lot less winning. But it is still my favorite place to go in Laughlin.
