The room was not what I expected. The bed was hard as a rock and the room had not been dusted in a while. It was not worth the walk to go to the other casinos.

I have stayed there previously. I am a very satisfied customer.

The hotel furniture and decorations are worn out and they need to be replaced. The casino is extremely understaffed. It needs to be remodeled and upgraded. I like the location very much.

The hotel has a great location with reasonable rates. They have good casino promotions and a scenic river view.

Our street side room was in line of one of the floodlights. not good. we ask for king bed and got two doubles. food was very good in all places. would be grate to have more tv listings. play area was clean and had an enjoyable amount of noise. A very good time.

The housekeeping was poor, maintenance terrible. We bought three kids necklaces at the grand canyon and they were missing when we left. a/c duct and filters filthy.

The hotel was very good value for the money spent.

It is a moderately priced hotel and casino. It is along the hotel and casino strip. The wait staff at the buffet restaurant was very efficient. The casino was less busy than expected.

I always stay at the River Palms. Every thing has been great while I have stayed there.

It's right on the river. It has a great bingo hall. All the employees are friendly. They serve great food. There’s nothing to dislike.

Do not stay here! The rooms are actually okay, if you can get housekeeping to clean your room properly. The thing that makes it horrible is the fact that this hotel is so ghetto! The staff is not the friendliest and the pool is kid infested with half of the people there that are not even guests at the hotel. There was actually a family who came and brought their homemade dinner and ate it at the pool. We thought we were getting a good online deal (20 bucks) but sadly we got what we paid for. Next time were spending the money and booking a better hotel!

I came here in April 2007 and I spend a night in this hotel, I can tell you it's a very nice hotel and very pleasant . I am so happy, I have a room with a view on the Colorado.

The staff was courteous. The room was more than adequate. The happy hour was fun. It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel seems to be showing signs of age. But for less than twenty dollars a night I was more than happy.

It was Ok, but nothing spectacular at all. They have a nice staff all around. The room and beds are definitely worn out. The casino is a haven for penny slot lovers, but little else.
