45 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Arrived on a Friday night(10:00PM). Check in line took 1:15 to check in. 3 out of about 8 windows open. Told by other staff members “it’s always like this on a Friday or worse”. After check-in, nice room poorly kept. Looked like someone just made bed very fast and left it for the next guest. Cigarette ashes all over toilet, clogged sink, light bulb on lamp next to bed burned out, free standing lamp didn’t even have light bulb. Called housekeeping, said they would be up to fix. At 12:30AM, still no one. Hung Do Not Disturb sign and went to bed. At 1:30AM, loud knock announced “housekeeping”! Asked them to come back in AM. Called again to ask housekeeping to fix items. Still not done after we returned Saturday night. Complained at desk, attitude was they could care less. Finally someone came to unclog sink Saturday night, but said they were out of light bulbs! Spend a couple extra bucks and stay ANYWHERE but here

40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Well I found out why the rooms are so disgusting, they don't change the sheets inbetween guests. How can they, with only 45 maids. Just to warn everyone this hotel and the rest owned by Columbia Sussex has filed for bankruptcy and so no doubt why we couldn't win was due to them tightening all the machines. The walls everywhere looked liked someone used them for a bathroom, maybe because the bathrooms were closed off because of some major pipe issues. The food was the worst concoctions of crap that I have ever tried to swallow. The place is severely understaffed and undertrained in all departments. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay here.

I was shocked at the rude and horrible service here!!as a dice and roullette player i was amazed at the lazyness and un caring attitude of the dealers.the food was lacking and the general atmosphere is low end and very un appealling.the mood in this place is dark and very depressing,my wife loves the slots and was equally unhappy!!!

63 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We just got home from the worst hotel we have ever stayed. We arrived May 1st and found that our pre-paid reservations were not available, meaning that a NON-smoking room /double beds were not available. Finally I had to speak with a Manager to get the room. Our room was on the 11th floor and overlooked the river. Unfortunately my wife discovered 'unknown' hairs on the bathroom floor, what was most likely dried urine around the base of the toilet and mold in the grout and tub surround. I found the window track full of cigarette butts, and numerous spider webs all occupied around the window and drapes. The service staff was poor at best and the slot club had a "down" computer an were unable to load comp tokens. half the machines are still coin, the other half paper. We have stayed in Laughlin for over 22 years and this is the most deplorable hotel on the river. When checking out I discovered that we had been charged for 2 movies ($43.00) that we never had. Beware of your bill if you have to stay there, they people behind us had the same complaint. Spend the few extra $$ and stay at the Aquarius, we viewed their rooms and were greatly impressed.

I've never stayed in a filthier hotel in my life. Sheets and bedding covered with hairs and stains; the toilet had a "rooster tail" on the underside of the seat; burn holes throughout the room on the carpeting and bedding; the room as well as the hallways reeked of stale cigarette smoke and beer; couple all that with a rude and non caring staff and you have the vacation from Hell.
