Most everything is pretty clean; the grounds are beautiful; the staff is very friendly; the buffet food is a little above average. It was nice to be able to visit the other nearby Riu hotels.

Playa is amazing, but not this hotel. Beds were terrible, our room smelled like mildew, not enough pool chairs to go around. Wouldn't recommend for couples or those wanting quiet, it's a huge hotel. Staff was great and the food was decent.
