Ritz Plaza Hotel

It's in a great location, but the rooms were dirty and small. The bathrooms were small, and the windows didn't work.

This hotel made me feel respected: They took care of your needs, and sometimes they anticipated the needs. As an example, I went out running every morning and upon my return they opened the door, offered me a bottle of water and fruit. It was great. They also always welcomed you and asked if you needed assistance.

We were treated like royalty. We were greeted by everyone by name. The service and quality were exceptional.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The valet asked for our name and remembered it the entire visit. We were pampered by the restaurant staff. Our room was richly appointed.
