51 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
They have free internet and a phone in every room! What’s up with that?
I have stayed there on eight different business trips, and not once have I found a problem. Every room was extra clean, and the staff was more than accommodating. I thought with this track record, I would leave my review. I will be back.

The staff there is great! The rates are the best I have seen in a long time. The room was perfect and very clean. I’m glad to stay at an American owned and operated hotel. I will return on my next trip to Plattsburgh.

The staff is friendly. And it’s right next door to Gus Red Hots with good food and great coffee. It’s also directly across from Plattsburgh Beach on Lake Champlain. The hotel has Wi-fi, and on-site laundry.
I am very likely
to return to the Rip Van Winkle Motel Plattsburgh.

would definitely recommend it to friends.
