The front desk staff was rude upon checking in and also the staff and their member's club was rude.

The front desk clerk was condescending and not very helpful. I was covered with a black oil residue when I used the bath tub-- the response of the from the desk was "they have been working on it."
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: All rooms are suites. Constant entertainment happening.
