Hotel Review by a traveler from CA - Posted Jan 5, 06
30 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Overall, it was fine. A problem was encountered when I made a reservation and was quoted a specific price, but I was charged $20 more per night the time I was there (a total of $60 more).

I am somewhat likely to return to the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

They had great service and the restaurants were better than expected.

45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

As a member of their players' club I enjoyed great deals on stays and tournament entries. Also, the staff is well geared towards customer service.

This hotel made me feel hip: The bars an Diamond club areas are alive and the Mardi Gras music and presentation are awesome. I felt hip and cool moving to the music

71 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

There were great rooms in this all-suite hotel. It had a very lively casino with the best free shows in town. There were restaurants for all tastes and pocket books. I normally don't care for buffets, but the Rio is the best for the price I have ever been to.

I am very likely to return to the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

65 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I expected high quality at the Rio Hotel because it is always high quality. The Rio Hotel experience is always special and I know that when I stay at this hotel, it will be truly enjoyable. The free entertainment is worth visiting the Rio for (especially the Masquerade Show in the Sky) even if you stay at another hotel. The rooms are all-suite and (sweet) comfortable, clean, and roomy.

I am very likely to return to the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Westminster, CO - Posted Oct 4, 05
34 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The TV in the first room didn't work and after three phone calls to the front desk, five hours later, and an actual trip to the front desk, they moved me to a different room. Once moved, the room was awesome as usual and the food/view from the voodoo lounge was great. It's one of the best places to stay in the world.

I am very likely to return to the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Laughlin, NV - Posted Oct 1, 05
66 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It's a great facility with good employees. I had an excellent stay. There were two problems: the computer was down, so there was an extended wait for check in/out, messages, etc. But the employees tried to make up for it. Second, I had dinner in one restaurant where the food, service, and everything else was terrible. Harrah's did comp me a meal after I complained.

I am very likely to return to the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from San Pablo, CA - Posted Mar 26, 05
56 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Too bad the free entertainment was suspended for re-vamping during our stay. No one told us that this would happen and we were expecting to see the 'carnival' atmosphere, instead, the casino was rather quiet (it was the week of thanksgiving).

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Nice large room with two beds and lots of extra pillows. Big screen tv that rotates for viewing from the sofa or the beds, even has internet access.
