The hotel is clean, upscale and with very friendly people. They also have an excellent rewards program.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Two of the nights our bed was not turned down or was given a special treat and we told the cleaning lady. A half hour later the host called us to say he was sorry and sent us chocolate covered strawberries, cookies and a carafe of milk.

The rooms are nice sized, and the staff is friendly but the casino is too small and limited so I went to other casinos frequently.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They did not have a smoking room available in the room type reserved so they promptly gave us an upgrade. When in the room we asked for extra pillows and they sent some up quickly with no problems. We are late night people so we sleep late each day and were never disturbed, yet each day the rooms were made up quickly even when we returned within a couple of hours after leaving.

The Rio is a fun and exciting place to stay. We can usually stay free with our Player's Card.
