It's in a good location off the Strip with shuttle service to the Strip. The rooms are all large and comfortable and the service in the Rio is very good. The food prices are high, but there are nearby options.

I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.

Although the Rio hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip they provide a convenient shuttle service over to Harrah's and other company owned properties on the Strip. The nightlife at the Rio hotel and the Voodoo Lounge is a lot of fun and the atmosphere is very festive. The all you can eat seafood buffet is a not to be missed dining experience.

The rooms are extra large, with upgraded furnishings.

The hotel is excellent. The buffets are pricey, but the non buffet restaurants are very good. The rooms are quite nice and well appointed. The views are dandy. I cannot win a nickel at the casinos, though.

The Rio All Suite casino is exactly that. Harrah's entertainment makes sure that if you are loyal to them by wagering then they will take care of you. I recommend this hotel highly. There is always something different going on, and always high energy!

This hotel made me feel secure: They make sure that they have a high security presence, yet you can still approach them and they are nice people.

I had nothing but problems with this hotel. Most of the service people were great, but management and facilities were awful. The TV was not working the whole time we were there. Every day they promised they'd be fixed, but weren't. There was poor soundproofing in our first room. I could hear every noise from every surrounding room and hallway. Their promised comps didn't follow through.

Finally, the last night they upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite at 10:30 pm, but we were too tired to enjoy it! As an Admin Assistant I will never book myself or any of my MD's there. It was overpriced for the poor accommodations we received. The Manager was most unaccommodating!

Most of the people there were courteous. They have nice pools however the hot tubs are not in good working order. It was clean.

This hotel made me feel excited: There is always a flurry of activity at the Rio from the time I walked in the door to get checked until the day I checked out, there is always so much going on. This is definitely not a boring place to be.
