It was a great experience overall. I would highly recommend. The food was the only minor downfall.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Helpfulness of the staff. All inclusive vacation. Activities provided by the hotel - special dinners. Cocktails upon arrival.

What can I say? It's just the best place to stay, we enjoy everything about it. It is a very exciting atmosphere to stay.
This hotel made me feel respected: We are referred to by our first names. They are always ready to serve us in any capacity of our wants and needs. It's a great place to stay, and I wouldn't stay any place else.

They said we hadn't maintained our tier level and were not very nice about it and didn't explain to our satisfaction why we had been demoted. Less comps are available even though we are participating at higher levels.
