The Rio is in Las Vegas, we will never go to 'Vegas, except to testify in a wrongful death suit."
This hotel made me feel respected: One of the members of our party, my-brother-in-law, was killed in a traffic accident. The Rio did a lot to help us get through this trauma, without any disrespect. It was a difficult time and the hotel staff made the best of a bad situation.

It's a first rate house. Frankly, once at the Rio, there's neither need nor inclination to visit the Las Vegas strip.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The accommodations were excellent, and the restaurants, particularly Gaylord's, were outstanding.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly and polite and upgraded our room when we checked into our room in the wrong line. We got in the VIP line by accident and they took us anyway and didn't embarrass us and then they upgraded our room.
