The Club Rio, which apparently is not run by the hotel itself - is poorly run. The staff is rude and the overall management was very unprofessional. I mainly go to the Rio hotel because I use to enjoy that club, but now I will not return because of the poor staff.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was plenty of security. Nothing happened that would have caused concern.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They provided 'live' hourly entertainment and had some good in-house shows and restaurants.

I was shocked by the high prices. I would not recommend Las Vegas as a vacation destination.

Their fitness room should have a place where both male and females can work out together... It was separated... So we only did one day workout.... We would have scheduled workouts each day if we could have exercised together....

The Rio was a nice hotel, but I prefer to stay in downtown Las Vegas. No matter where you stay downtown, there are several stores, shops, and casinos within walking distance. The Rio is several blocks off the strip, you have to catch the shuttle to Harrah's.

Mass confusion on hooking two confirmation numbers together... Confusion in final bill. Still cannot determine accuracy of final bill....

High noise level in room next door. More young partiers than in the past. We were not happy with this change.
