I was staying there for a few nights and the day my due date came up i wasnt in the room at the time or all day cuz of work . Anyway i returned late that night and the front desk said i needed to pay for another day . so i said no that i wasnt going to stay w them anymore and if i could just get my belongings from the room . They wouldnt let me they told me in order to get my stuff that belonged to me i would have to pay another day . so im not going to pay for a room that im not allowed to stay in cuz even though im not staying w them every day that my belongings r in that room they r charging me . ITS RIDICULOUS !!!

The front desk told me one rate, ran my card, and then the total came up $20 higher. I argued and she said "no refunds". Then I went to my room and everything was broken -- fridge was broken, TV was broken, carpet was dirty. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. The front desk person again said she could not authorize refunds. I asked who could, and she said "the owner". I asked her to call the owner but she refused.

Finally she gave me another room with a cleaned carpet and a TV that works.

I'm too tired to keep arguing so I go ahead and spend the night here. But never again.

This is a ripoff joint with RUDE staff.

Oh, and there are NO $34 rooms. It's false advertising.
