This hotel made me feel extravagent: We stayed in a suite of rooms with two bedrooms,2 baths and a mini kitchen - living room area. There were 3 TVs and each bathroom was large and fully equipped. The suite was just beautiful! it had complimentary cable and free movies on the TVs.

I thought that was supposed to get upgraded to the best available room in the house as a gold member. It didn't happen and frankly the hotel wasn't that full.

It was very nice but nothing stood out as outstanding. The staff was very nice. They did help me get a charging cord for my wireless phone.

Less service than in the past. No bellman for luggage and the valet service was lacking. Trouble with poor attitude while arranging a cab. I have stayed here many times in the past and the service has taken a downward turn. I was disappointed.

I just feel that this particular location has an excellent staff which works very well together. My thanks!
This hotel made me feel welcome: All members of staff were very friendly. One staff member rushed to my side to assist in finding my lost bag. All were very helpful.
