The bathroom had other people's body hair in it when we checked in. That's nasty.

There had been a big convention prior to our company function. A lot of the rooms were not ready and we had to wait upwards to an hour and a half before being able to check in, which in turn made some of us late for our function.

It was a great experience because of the treatment we received.

I love the Marriott hotels. There's never a bad surprise and they always treat me like an honored guest and make me feel special.

Richmond Marriott hotel was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel respected: Made me feel we were welcome, and happy we were guests.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everyone was very courteous, friendly and willing to help. The wait staff in the dining room greeted us at every meal.

With regards to my issue on my last stay at the Marriott in VA. At the time of our visit I had medication that required being kept cold, we specified that we needed a room with a refrigerator when we booked the room and were assured that, when we got to the hotel we didn't have one.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: You knew what could be expected and it was there. Fear of the unknown did not exist. You simply know what you are getting.

Wonderful experience. Would stay again in the future.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The bed was so comfortable and the room service was outstanding.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This hotel made me feel secure: They have staff people at every turn. Anything you want or need is promptly handled.

I made reservations for a non-smoking king size room, and got a smoking queen size. I do not handle cigarette smell very well and really did not appreciate being stuck in a room with it trying to sleep.
