Please do not stay there ever. The customer service at Resorts is the worse! They do not stand behind the lies they tell you on the phone. The marketing department is the worse - they all lie to get you in the hotel!

OCEAN VIEW....WHAT OCEAN VIEW? I had a view of the street and all the hotel heating/air conditioning units below...AWFUL (especially on 4th of July weekend)!!! When I went downstairs to ask why we didn't get an ocean view, we were told it wasn't a guarantee. I don't think we should have paid the same price as other guests who got an ocean view (like my brother-in-law). The pictures you see on the net make it look like they remodeled this older hotel, not really. The bathroom was still outdated, they just added some new fixtures. The carpet in our room was all stained, the beds were so small and it just smelled like an old hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the location on the boardwalk. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

We stayed at the Resorts hotel and had a great experience-The room was comfortable and even had two bathrooms,always a plus for a woman. The rooms were a little old but clean and well kept.
As buffets go this was not a great one.

As buffets go this was not a great one. Food choices were limited and the quality was not good compared to others in the area. Not worth the price. I do not recommend it.

Good
Resorts gave us a comp room and upon check-in upgraded us to a mini suite. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have more friendly and accommodating. This is a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel / casino / resort on Jan.17, 2008 and we were very very happy with it . We stayed on the 40th floor. Our room was immaculate. Very Clean ! Quality of the bed and the bed linens and bath room towels and accessories were just amazing. We couldnt believe we got the room so cheap for what we had. Hotel staff were very pleasant happy and courteous.
The slot machines were loose. I spent 40.00 the entire time i was there and had so much fun . I won well over 100.00 but like a dummy i played it all back ! but what the heck ...I was there for some fun.
We are planning to stay here again very soon. Hint *** we noticed its ALOT CHEAPER to stay during the week . Friday through Sunday nites the rooms triple in cost .
